Refund Policy

At Globelink Techservices Opc Pvt.Ltd., we are committed to providing professional Fundraising expertise and guidance to help you achieve your goals. Our service does not attract any refund or return in any normal condition. If client are dissatisfied with any of our Services, then they can opt-out after communicating with us. Please note that any payments given for any services opted for by client are non-refundable. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.

General Conditions

In general, client will be eligible for a refund of their amount against any of the service mentioned on our website only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

1. If the client has canceled the service within 24 hours after mandate registration through bank (subject to the companies refund policy). The cancellation of the service must be valid. Any imaginary reason for canceling the service will not attract any payment.
2. If the service asked by client is not initiated by our team within the 30 days .However, if users have asked to put service on the hold after the payment, then no refund will be initiated.
3. If the payment gets duplicated due to the failure of online transactions, then the duplicated amount will be refunded.
4. Refunds will not be issued when Client's failure to provide necessary information or cooperation.
5. Dissatisfaction with advice or guidance after services has been delivered in good faith and in line with professional standards.

Refund Request Process

1. To request a refund, clients must:
   1.1 Submit a written request to infoglobelinktechservices2025@gmail.com detailing the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
   1.2 Allow us to 8 to 10 working days for review and response.

Refund Amount

• Approved refunds will be calculated as follows:
  2.1. The total fee paid minus charges for services already rendered and administrative fees, if applicable.

Dispute Resolution

• In case of disagreements about refund decisions, both parties agree to engage in a resolution process, starting with mediation.

Amendments

• Globelink Techservices Opc Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated in writing and published on our website.
